Finding peace within

We go through each day with lots of challenges, some more stressful than others. How do we keep from going over the edge? It's very simple really. In life we forget who we are and what our spiritual needs are, we let other people run our lives for us and make the decisions. There is a place inside each and every person that tells us to listen to our needs, listen to what our soul is telling us. Too many times we let the pollution of others voices get to us and lead us down the wrong path, could be friendships, co-workers, spouses or family. What's really important is that we let go of what everyone else is saying in our ears and listen to our souls.

Inspiration, letting go, peace....

It's been a hot summer, soaking it up, enjoying it and trying to hang on to it! No matter how nice the weather is or the things that are keeping me up, there are always those little nats that can bring me down! How to find the inspiration to move on, move past the muck and let go of the anxiety that lives inside me. Where is the peace and serenity that feeds my soul? I'm in search of it this summer, could be big changes happening.....moving forward not backwards on someone else's dime! Keeping my head up and moving forward!
